We provide support through email and phone, and we offer guide booklets to help you care for your chicks. Seasonal customer training sessions are also available to provide you with the latest information and best practices in poultry farming. We also have a feedback mechanism in place to gather your input and continually improve our products and services. Additionally, we provide regular updates on new products, promotions, and industry news.

Biosecurity
Biosecurity is a top priority at SSN Farms. We take stringent measures to ensure the health and safety of our chicks and your flock. All visitors to our farm must adhere to our biosecurity protocols, including wearing protective clothing and footwear, and sanitizing hands before entering our facilities. Additionally, we recommend implementing biosecurity measures on your farm to prevent the spread of diseases and ensure the well-being of your flock.
